About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Finance to support our core accounting and finance operations. The role involves handling accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, treasury management, and audit preparation, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to work across key financial processes and contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting.

Role Responsibilities:

• Involved in Accounts payable process including working knowledge on statutory compliances.
• Processing of Third-Party Vendor Invoices & Staff Vendor Claims.
• Vendor Account Reconciliations.
• Managing books of accounts including GL scrutiny.
• Book closure (monthly/year-end).
• Preparation of monthly/year end/audit schedules.
• Treasury management.
• Assist in completion of statutory/Internal/tax audits.
• Preparation of MIS & other analysis as desired.

Qualification:  

• Must be a Commerce graduate (B.Com)
• CA (Inter) or ICWA(Inter)

Experience:

Minimum of 4-6 years in Accounts Payable function.

Skillsets required:

• Good understanding of basic accounting concepts
• Hands on knowledge in SAP FI/CO/MM modules.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated
