Job Title: Senior Executive, Employer Brand and Campus Activation


Work Location: Mumbai HO


BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This role will equip the incumbent to drive strategy in action, impact change and build influence as one works with a diverse internal network (HUL Management committee, global EB community & and a breath of external partners.


FUNCTION INTRODUCTION


Human resources is a strategic function that facilitates effective people management practices. It helps organizations optimize their human capital to achieve their goals and objectives.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Following are some of the key responsibilities -


I. Talent attraction: Engaging and building partnerships with tier 1 B-schools & tech schools to get prime hiring spots during campus placement season and designing an inclusive hiring process to attract top talent as per the business demand plan in a highly competitive talent landscape.


  • ULIP – the Unilever Leaders Internship program is our most significant route to talent & allows us to assess potential candidates through a 2-month robust internship program whilst giving them an experience of our iconic brands, business fundamentals, distinctive capabilities, and future-ready culture. Assist in the execution of the ULIP (Unilever Leaders Internship Program), ensuring a robust internship experience and contributing to the management trainee pipeline.


  • HUL Foundation School – Planning an effective campaign to attract the right profiles for the pre-MBA foundation school initiative that helps us engage with top talent before they enter Business school is an important competitive advantage the incumbent will need to further dial up and sustain.


  • Unlocking Diverse talent pools – Assist in identifying and engaging diverse talent pools, including specialized, international, and non-MBA candidates.


  • Improving Intake Quality – the endeavor should be to get better from the best – thus while we dial up campus intake, effort needs to be made to maximize the count from our top 5 campuses


II. Campus Activation: Building a strategic plan & designing a framework for HUL to land its employer proposition at scale & with impact with the desired target group.


  • Execute strategic campus activation plans.


  • Execute initiatives to enhance brand salience and spotlight talent.


  • Actively engage with campus committees and facilitate in-person activations.


  • Contribute to the amplification of reach through digital showcases and social media campaigns.


  • Play a key role in the execution of signature business case competitions (LIME, FinAce & Techtonic).


III. Building Brand Love: Ongoing engagement with target group through new-age digital mediums


  • Identifying & Unlocking strategic partnerships to dial up followership, engagement, and impressions on social media (HOB, Mad over Marketing, Inside IIM)


  • Leveraging global EB assets and campaigns to spotlight India talent, digital-first roles, and our career proposition


IV. Unilever Future Leaders Program: HUL’s management trainee program has a legacy of over 50+ years and is renowned for building leaders for not just the company but the industry. Running the program with rigor and delivering a world-class experience is one of the critical tasks from this role


  • Assist in delivering a world-class experience for management trainees.


  • Support the creation of an accelerated learning environment and immersive stints.


  • Aid in stint planning, feedback loops, project charters, and tutor quality.


  • Support the nurturing ecosystem through coaches, tutors, and buddies.


  • Assist in evolving program design and implementing talent retention levers.


  • Assist in talent casting and career counseling.


V. Other Tasks:


  • Ownership of the employer brand & UFLP budgets


  • Liasoning with vendors & creative channel partners


Profile&skills:

 Desirable:


  • Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders, internal and external, and delivery through others


  • Demonstrated strong organizational awareness and business understanding


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Essential Experience - 5+ Years experience


  • Educational Qualification- Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management.
