Position Summary:


  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for Executive Chairman - South Asia Area, including but not limited to managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging detailed travel plans etc.
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Executive Chairman - South Asia Area, with stakeholders at all levels within the company or with external partners or clients, on maters related with Executive Chairman’s initiatives.
  • Arrange HQ senior management level visit to India
  • Organize regular business meetings, compose agenda, make meeting minutes, and keep following up on task list until completion
  • Compile, verify and analyze information for Executive Chairman to use in documents such as memo, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, announcements.
  • Lead or co-organize all company - level events initiated by Executive Chairman - South Asia Area, including but not limited to National Sales Kick-Off Meeting, lead team meetings, Annual Dinners, Meetings with the customers, etc.
  • Assists in special projects as needed by monitoring the progress of projects and analyzing gap between reality and plan, thereby support manager to take corrective actions to meet dynamic management.

Admin Supervisor


  • Responsible for Daily office management works
  • Responsible for overall travel management for the country
  • Responsible for Property Management
  • Implement office improvement projects & enhancements
  • Corporate with procurement to select vendors and evaluate their performances

Primary Objective:


  • Provide professional and qualified secretarial support to Executive Chairman - South Asia Area
  • Provide good administrative support to employees and customers, and make our office be a pleasant place to work, train and visit.

Requirements: To be successful in the role you will 


  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Able to independently solve problems and make recommendations  
  • Able to work with all levels of management, staff, outside clients and vendors
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • High sense of confidentiality and responsibility
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks with strong time management skills
