The Cisco Distributed System Engineering (DSE) group owns the development of ground breaking products that support the world's largest networks. Your Impact

As a Senior Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:



  • We lead and develop engineering teams passionate about HPC infrastructure automation and network performance benchmarking for AI/ML workloads.
  • We Define and perform the technical roadmap for infrastructure automation and platform services.
  • We Guide architectural decisions and performance benchmarking for AI/ML infrastructure solutions.
  • We Drive automation, efficiency improvements, and the adoption of modern engineering practices.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)



Master degree/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, or related field



  • Develop network and infrastructure automation solutions using Python and Go.
  • Lead all aspects of compute and network automation processes.
  • Craft scalable automation for multi-cluster environments with diverse network topologies.
  • Use of experience in scripting, Kubernetes operators, and Golang.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to have)



  • Knowledge of Linux systems and networking concepts
