  • Job Title: Senior Engineer_ Conferencing Service

  • Join a world-leading Pharmaceutical company headquartered in the United Kingdom, operating in over 100 countries. As a Senior Engineer in Conferencing Service, you will be the Authority (SME) for a large infrastructure support and maintenance function spanning several continents. Your deep understanding and expertise in conferencing technologies will make you the go-to person for all conferencing (SMART-IT/VC) related queries. You will ensure the optimal running of all systems, devices, and applications while interacting with colleagues from various groups and executive levels to understand their technical needs and implement solutions.
  • Accountabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Video Conferencing Technologies
  • Cisco Telepresence System Configuration & Fix
  • Hands-on experience & live solve knowledge on Cisco Expressway C&Es, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Cisco CVI integrated platform with MS Teams, Cisco integrated platform with Zoom, and running & analyzing packet captures
  • Experience in Zoom Webinar & Meeting Support and Account Management
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting live Zoom calls
  • Microsoft Surface Hub Installation, Configuration & Solve
  • Exposure to Microsoft Teams Room Installation, Evaluation of call quality metrics, and hands-on experience with live solve
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Zoom Admin Portal, Cisco Webex Admin Center, etc.
  • Essential Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 6 to 9 years operational experience
  • Experience in managing Incidents, Problems, changes, and capacity management aspects
  • Demonstrated ability handling a large number of incidents via any ITSM tool
  • Flexibility to work in shifts on a rotational basis covering Americas, EMEA, and ASIAPAC regions 24*7
  • An ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential
  • A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience, and a desire for professional excellence
  • Desirable Skills/Experience
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
  • Multi years of work experience in Technical teams working in Shifts
  • ITIL Certification and any one technical certification
