Senior Engineer Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production process and proper utilisation of Injection and Blow molding machines and manpower.
• Review the reason for OEE loss in the area and draws plan for improvement accordingly.
• Speedy resolution of technical issues in molding area.
• Motivate subordinates to use their highest potential, maintain positive attitudes and to ensure company and customer satisfaction.
• Conform to the Quality, HSE Policy, manual, standard operating procedures, work instructions and continued improvement and respond positively to new and alternative systems.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality of production as per the standards / specification. Maintain the expectations of the corporate 16 Quality areas requirement
• Responsible for implementation of lean tools in area. Ensure that the Preventive maintenance is completed as per schedule.
• Notifying the HSE’s team and or SEO of opportunities for improvement on areas of risk.
• Skill and expertise to collect, organize, and analyse data, summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations improvement process.
• Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate

Professional Experience & Education:

• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering     OR
• PGD in plastics with 10-12 yrs of experience in Injection and extrusion blow molding
• Must be experienced in leading  min 40-50 workmen

Specific Knowledge:

• Good Knowledge in Excel
• Good Skill in communication
• Exprtise in troubleshooting of Injection molding and multi parison extrusion blow molding.
