Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Write complex, maintainable code to develop scalable, flexible, and user-friendly applications, using Java, Spring boot and front end technologies leveraging the Java services
  • Identify and develop reusable UI components that serve the needs of multiple applications
  • Design and develop highly available, low latency, cloud-native applications 
  • Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the cloud based Big Data Solution - conceptualize, design, develop, test and deploy

Qualifications

Must Have


  • 7 to 10 years of applicable software engineering experience
  • Strong fundamentals with experience in back-end and knowledge in front-end object-oriented programming, including proficiency in Java, Springboot and Angular.
  • Familiarity integrating Restful APIs and an understanding of microservices architecture
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
  • Minimum B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure would be desirable.
