Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage 24 x 7 x 365 System Admin operations including O/S, Server Support for Production,
Development and Internal IT infrastructure.
• Should have fair communication skills and be flexible to work in shifts.
• Support BAU operations.
• Should have experience as an engineer to setup, troubleshoot, tune, upgrade and monitor Windows and ESXi infrastructure.
• Hardware management of Dell / HP servers, coordinating with vendor to solve hardware issues.
• Datacentre management.
• Maintaining asset for the infrastructure, license compliance & reporting.
• Should have experience in Windows and ESXi OS installation, server hardening configuration to
safeguard the environment, file server administration and user level permissions.
• Management of the WSUS, patches, version upgrades.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
• Experience in configuring and management of windows cluster infrastructure.
• Mitigate Vulnerabilities found in VAPT scans.
• Experience on Cisco Hyperflex, Dell VxRail will be an advantage.
• Preferably VMware/ Windows certification.
• Experience with VMware ESXi patching/Upgrade, Vmware update Manager, baseline creation, and
host profile management.
• Virtual Center, ESXi, VRA, SRM administration, Disaster Recovery (DR) setups, DR drills.
• Provide audit evidence and should be familiar with security audits.
• Knowledge of basics of ITIL (incident, change and problem management)
