Implement and execute experiments on production line and product development plans, including timelines, budgets & resource allocation
Assist in development activities on existing platforms: RPP, material changes, new fields of application
Assess the design using Focus matrix, DRBFM etc. and drive development validation plan
Define Problem solving activities for quality deviations in customer projects and field
Assess risks for RB plants and purchasing related deviations
Assess the technical evaluation of design changes and provide technical consultation to customer teams, international development network and plant
Communicate the Project reporting and escalation of critical barriers/Topics
Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Automotive, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or
similar) with minimum 3 years of relavant experience
1.Proficient knowledge of development tools and Q tools (BES Q basics, ECR, RACE, Concessions, 8D, Focus matrix, DRBFM, FMEA, Requirements engineering, hazard list, Procodex, TCD, deviation check list, BOM, customer drawing, B number creation, sample order process, etc.)
2. Proficient understanding of product and sub-component specific design, manufacturing process, function, material influence and reliability and the validation of these characteristics¿
3. Advanced functional overview of IC engines and sensors 4. Advanced competence in tolerance calculations, material expertise, DoE
Competent in precise and transparent communication
