Customer Satisfaction Engineer - Quality


Role and Responsibilities


  • Customer Satisfaction/Protection
  • Coordinator APQP / New Program & ECN
  • Ensure that quality system meets requirements of EOS / IATF 16949
  • Customer Audits and observation closure coordinator
  • Harness Safety Characteristic
  • Shop floor supervision assembly & cutting
  • Maintain shop floor business records
  • Daily review of FTQ analysis
  • Customer Concern analysis
  • Ensure on time response to customer concerns / WIR
  • Develop team capability by layered audits and process audits and build positive culture
  • Basic knowledge about Quality Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA), 7QC tools, Control Plan, COPQ, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Product/Process Audit, Layered Audit, Calibration.
  • Knowledge of structured problem solving and tools like Why-Why analysis, 8D analysis, FTA
  • Customer interaction and handling (Customer Mapping), warranty handling & analysis
  • Implementation and sustenance of control plan on each and every process.

Education and Qualification :


  • BE / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Min 4 - 6 years’ experience in Wiring Harness manufacturing Industry & Quality
