Senior Electrical Engineer

Technical Support and Auditing

• Provide technical support for internal motor products.
• Conduct audits of motor manufacturing processes and electrical components qualification.

Engineering Changes and Optimization

• Implement engineering changes on electrical parts such as motors, switches, and cord sets.
• Optimize electrical solutions and improve processes to enhance product performance.

Innovation and Development

• Create innovative solutions for electrical parts and platforms.
• Collaborate with global design centers to follow up on new motor and electrical component development.

Supplier Audits and Localization Projects

• Audit electrical suppliers' processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead localization and value improvement projects to align with global strategy.

Global Communication and Collaboration

• Engage in global communication with product management and development teams.
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Authorities

• Approve engineering changes and process optimizations.
• Sign off on audit reports and supplier evaluations.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Motor Engineering, or a related field.
• Specialized Knowledge:
  Familiarity with motor manufacturing processes, SPC, 8D reports, Six Sigma, and PFMEA evaluation.
• Knowledge & Skills:
  Strong technical problem-solving skills and good learning capability.
• Abilities:
  Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Personal Characteristics:
  Good communication skills in English and a positive teamwork attitude.
• Experience:
  5-8 years of experience in the design/manufacturing process of universal motors, with a preference for experience in power tools or home appliances.
