You will work closely with our existing Clinical Digital Assistant team to lead development of next generation AI capabilities that will be delivered through CDA, our evolving EHR and the entire clinical stack. AI/ML Feature Development: Leverage your expertise in AI/ML to advance the capabilities of the Clinical Digital Assistant and our clinical application stack, enabling it to provide valuable insights and support to healthcare professionals.Foundational Innovations: Drive new horizontal AI capabilities that will surface throughout our healthcare products, and develop higher accuracy, faster approaches to integrating knowledge, data and LLMs.Healthcare Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that transform the healthcare landscape.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to applying AI to healthcare, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI-first clinical applications, aligning it with the company's objectives and healthcare industry trends.
