Position Title: Senior Channel Market Sales Representative – India

The job entails selling Training and Assessment Solutions to Corporates, Commercial Training Centers, and Government Skilling Agencies in India. This is an individual contributor role with pan-India responsibilities and a sales quota. The candidate should be able to:
- Identify business avenues and potential opportunities, including tapping large scale skilling initiatives
- Prospect for new business and develop a sales funnel
- Manage and renew existing accounts
- Provide customer solutions, demos, and presentations remotely, and occasionally in person
- Close new sales and renewals over the phone
- Participate in local events and tradeshows to support business growth
- Work with the Onboarding and Support teams to improve customer satisfaction
Expected to travel 20% to 30% of the time.
Candidate can work from home unless traveling for business, or for meetings.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience selling education/skilling solutions to IT Training Centers and Training Managers of Corporates
- Additional experience in Selling to Govt Customers, State and Central Skilling agencies is desirable
- Must have a proven track record of making their number
- Must be detail driven and organized
- Should be capable of remotely managing multiple clients
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years sales experience preferred
- Sales or sales support experience in the education or learning products market a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Performance driven and results oriented
- Work well under heavy sales pressure

- Complete assigned certifications to understand the platform and the customer experience.
- Pearson IT Specialist certifications preferred
