We are looking for a Senior Digital Support Specialist/Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Business Digital team within Dow Consumer Solutions. To further one of Dow’s ambitions in wanting to be the most ‘customer centric’ material science company, we are utilizing Digital to make our customers journey through the various digital touchpoints, the most ‘easy, effective and enjoyable’. Dow is on a Digital Transformational Journey to make digital both a growth enabler, as well as an operational excellence driver. This individual will be part of a centralized Digital Support team for our business and will act as a digital subject matter expert working closely with various regional functional teams on areas of digital getting mapped to key process areas, digital tools and apps providing efficiency and digital driving productivity. They will be facilitating data analytics & assessments to educate stakeholders and govern processes.
About You:
- You will act as the conduit connecting regional teams to digital and technology aspects that can help enable their work processes and drive productivity
- You have a strong appetite to learn new things, ability to self-help from training material and proactively reach out and get the information needed to get a task completed
- You will gather requirements around digital needs from the regional functional focals and write up charters/work specs, document findings and foster tasks for execution
- You will help build & support app ecosystems, dashboards and reports needed to connect data to tell a consistent story that can help the regional teams better inform their plans
- You will educate and train the regional team on data and analytics drawn from the various digital platform processes
- You will be able to manage a complex workload with good judgment on activity prioritization
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with the regional teams on executing digital demand generation initiatives and the related digital tactics
- Work on process and project management of key applications and platforms within the business
- Support the regional market teams on their digital projects and alignment of digital tasks within their market and regional 4P executional plans
- Work with functional teams to develop data and analytics views that help advise them with insights
- Work on digital commerce assessments, Dow.com & sustainability tagging support, product and market page data support
Your skills and experience include:
- Proven experience in commercial/marketing/sales digital service and support, or relevant roles, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
- Proven experience with one or more of the following – Marketing Technology Tools (Adobe, Marketo, Content Square, Others), Power Apps, RPA (Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate), Query Design & Low Code analytics
- Proven ability to manage tasks and workflows across stakeholder groups. With an ability to organize and get work done through work championing and soft influence
- Ability to adapt and implement new procedures\processes as required to provide excellent service to internal stakeholders
- Ability to operate platforms and systems with accuracy and efficiency (CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office, Adobe, others)
- Demonstrated fluency in English and ability to work across multiple time zones
- Resistance to stress and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work on own and as part of a diverse, multicultural team in an international environment
