We are excited to invite a passionate and experienced Senior Python Developer to enhance applications, develop backend systems, and integrate cutting-edge technologies like Langchain into our applications. This full-time role is located in our state-of-the-art Bangalore office.
Your Responsibilities
- * You develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and Flask.
- * You integrate and use innovative technologies such as Langchain into both existing and new applications to stay ahead of the technological curve.
- * You implement containerized software solutions to streamline our development and deployment processes.
- * You work in an agile product team collaborating with developers and product owner to refine and implement solutions and owning the service you and your team provide.
- * You implement and maintain automated tests to enable continuous delivery.
- * You work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs and improve application features
- * You participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- * You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Python development with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- * You have an academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- * You have strong proficiency with the Flask framework.
- * You are familiar with Langchain and experience with integrating Large Language Models (LLM).
- * You like to collaborate and align with your team to identify and implement the best solution.
- * You understood and practice Agile Software Development, have an open mindset for ideation and POCs as well as driving solutions that bring value for the users.
- * You follow a results-oriented approach with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
- * You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an added advantage.
