Monks is seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer ready to innovate and excel in asset design. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to a dedicated client team, crafting high-impact advertising assets on a global scale for international brands. As an experienced designer, you’ll push the limits of design excellence while delivering top-tier creative work.

Requirements


  • Experience: We need a Senior Graphic Designer with at least 5 years of high-level experience in logo, branding, and motion design.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues worldwide.
  • Technical Mastery: Your portfolio demonstrates advanced skills in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus solid animation chops in Adobe After Effects. Bonus points for 3D experience with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D or 3ds Max.
  • Organization: You keep files, layers, and folders impeccably organized—even if your desk is a creative chaos zone.
  • Autonomy: You’re self-sufficient, accountable, can take charge of handling both small tasks and large projects with minimal oversight. 
  • Design Finesse: Crafting stunning, balanced layouts is second nature, and you enhance them with your animation expertise.
  • Production Versatility: You’re comfortable handling all stages of the production process—from setting design styles and finalizing layouts to managing formats and language versions.
  • Global Vision: Beyond design, you’re confident working on large-scale global projects and collaborating with an international team of Monks to deliver top-tier creative work.
