Job Summary
You will be a member of the Professional Services Deployment team. The critical scope includes working as a customer-facing deployment engineer responsible for directly supporting paid customer engagements; implementing Katalon's On-Premise Platform for customers; upgrading customer's existing On-Premise Platform environments; providing a direct conduit for troubleshooting and resolving issues in coordination with Katalon's platform teams; collaborating with the Katalon Platform product teams to architect, package, and deploy the Katalon Platform Products for customers in a variety of environments.
In addition to this responsibility, you will contribute to the deployment approach, architecture, and delivery mechanism of Katalon’s on-premise delivery of the Katalon Platform. You will work closely with our Development team to implement all necessary processes to keep our deployment efforts supporting the Katalon Platform deployment process highly automated, efficient, and secure.
