We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Management Team at Clarivate. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a large number of delivery managers supporting various scrum teams as well as directly supporting project level work.
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will act as subject matter expert in agile methodologies, take a leadership role in quarterly planning, support junior delivery manager through mentoring and seeking process improvements when identified.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Must have 4+ years of experience in Project Management including Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
Should have exposure to technology and software development environments (you have worked within the Software Development Life Cycle).
Must be dispositional situated toward team building and mentorship
Must understand the balance between flexibility required to accommodate different teams with different goals while structured enough to allow for transparency into the work of the team(s)
You should have 2-3 years of experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.

Exposure working with multi-cultural, global, and remote teams along with ability to adapt to change.
Detailed knowledge of software development/delivery lifecycle (SDLC) & agile best practices (like DevOps, BDD, CI/CD, …).
What will you be doing in this role.
You will act as senior level contributor to the overall delivery team including junior delivery managers.
You will at as SME in all things planning including quarterly planning, resource allocation management, project tracking and reporting
You will drive your team to deliver value, improve the flow of work & delivery of output/outcomes; and reduce the bottleneck & minimize waste. You proactively understand & manage your teams'/projects' risks, issues & dependencies.
You will be facilitating and managing discussions & organize efficient, purposeful, and well-written meetings, including technical discussions, within your multidisciplinary teams as well as up/downstream dependent/contributing teams.
You will be managing the partnership of Tech and Product, and are a valued escalation point for any team member and can resolve issues within your team.
Your teams will have a measurable history of proactively engaging with and improving their most pressing problems; the Delivery Manager will often lead in pushing for change outside their team(s) /project(s) where it is necessary.
About the Team
The Content Delivery Team supports upwards of 8 agile development teams, various project level efforts and reports into the IP Segment Delivery Management vertical. This team is highly collaborative and relies on all team members to establish best practices and structures in support our internal customers, the delivery and product teams.
Hours of work
This is a permanent position with Clarivate.9 hours per day including lunch break. you should be flexible with working hours to align with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
