We have an opening for a Senior Data Analystto supportSAP HANA, Snowflake, Business Objects, Informatica, Power BI, and related applications hosted in the cloud. Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 Incident Managementsupport for Enterprise Data Applications hosted in both public and private clouds, ensuring adherence to business service SLAs

  
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related technical issues and provide support for data infrastructure needs

  
  

• Take ownership of critical issues, involving appropriate support teams as necessary, and drive the resolution process

  
  

• Work withintegrationandreporting toolsto ensure proper system-to-system integrations

  
  

• Identify and implementcost optimizationopportunities by leveraging cross-functional solutions across business areas to generate economies of scale

  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ yearsof experience as a Business System Analyst, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst

  
  

• Extensive experience in development/support ofSAP HANA, HANA EDW, Business Intelligence reporting(SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI preferred), andMatillion/Informatica

  
  

• Working knowledge ofSnowflakeandDBT

  
  

• Fluency in at least one programming language (e.g.,Python, Java Spring Boot, .Net) with strong AWS skills; understanding of coding at a support level is essential

  
  

• Expert knowledge ofSQL tools and languages

  
  

• Strong expertise indatabases, data warehouses, and data processing

  
  

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze trace dumps, and optimize query/process performance

  
  

• Strong team player with quick learning abilities

  
  

• Enjoys solving problems and working through ambiguous scenarios

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S4 modules

  
  

• Familiarity withbig data technologieslike Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase is an added advantage

  
  

• Bonus for proficiency in modernmachine learning theories and applications, such as deep neural nets, transfer/multi-task learning, reinforcement learning, time series, or graph unsupervised learning
