This role is part of the Master Data Management team, which’s responsibility is to support MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the AXA XL vision. The role comprises of the different wings of Master Data Management implementation process: Design, development, support, user training and operations with EBX MDM tool. You will be working closely to the team leader to support the design and implementation of different DIA MDM projects across the reference, party, location and product data domains.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

·Learn identified processes and Build-up detailed knowledge of all systems.

·Assist Team Leader in documenting all aspects of the MDM Process.

·Report progress and performance made periodically to Team Leader.

·Consistent interaction with Team Leader on any business issues.

·Regular interaction with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to Master Data Management domain and provide solutions to the business.

·Ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy

·Perform the following main tasks :

·Design and BuildMDM workflows and process for Projects and BAU

·Share information with business customer community

·Support translate Business request to EBX processes

·Support Client and Broker hierarchy processes

·Work with Broker and Client heads to get the business requirement

·Support MDM users training

·Data Quality monitoring

·Support business processes for all segments

·Fixing Data Quality issues in various system maintained by AXA XL

You will report to Team Lead.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

·University Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in insurance.

·Strong experience in MDM Design & Development.

·Good knowleges of MDM implementation process.

·Hands-on expertise with EBX MDM tool is a plus.

·Hands-on expertise with Dun & Bradstreet, D&B hoovers etc.

·Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.

·Strong analytical and time management skills.

·Detail oriented, able to analyze and identify discrepancies.

·Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power
