Key Responsibilities
●Develop and oversee content strategies for campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
●Write, edit, and refine high-impact content for key deliverables like brochures, website copy, blog posts, ad scripts, and social media campaigns.
●Lead the content development for complex or high-visibility projects such as whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts.
●Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional tone.
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral tailored to specific audiences.
●Review and provide feedback on content created by the Junior Writer to ensure quality.
●Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
●Stay updated on industry trends, AI tools, and best practices in content creation and marketing.
Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
●5+ years of content writing experience, with a proven track record of producing high-quality work.
●Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
●Awareness and experience with Generative AI tools and their creative applications.
●Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital campaigns, and cross-channel design.
●Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to guide a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
●Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
