About the role


  • strategize and implement service Excellence delivery in accordance to R&D IT objectives


  • Drive compliance towards regulatory and compliance requirements across teams


  • Service reporting, tracking and weekly reporting.


  • Analyse data, trend analysis to identify automation opportunities


  • Cascade lessons learnt/ best practices across teams


  • Implement service excellence initiatives.


  • Build power Apps and PBI dashboards for Service Excellence.


  • Implement lean initiatives.


  • IT risk Management


  • Platform maturity - Process Simplification and lean implementation .


Highlight the skills and capabilities needed


As a service manager, along with the ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies in a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone who gets excited at the thought of solving tough challenges.


You should apply if you have


  • Total years of experience 8-10


  • Project Management Experience


  • IT Quality management


  • Hands on Experience in SNOW Modules


  • Good to have experience in Buildings PBI dashboards and/or Power Apps


  • Experience in Process improvement and re-engineering


  • understanding of pharma and regulatory processes and requirements


  • Minimum of 4-5 yrs experience in IT service management


  • Agile ways of working


  • Keen to acquire new skills and work on new technology products


  • Experience working with global teams


  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment


  • Certifications- ITIL, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SaFE


  • You have worked in a team and understand the importance of collaboration and is passionate about helping others.


  • Excellent in verbal & written communication skills.


  • Flexible to work during critical issues negotiating the timeframe and a good team player.
