Introduction to role

Are you passionate about microservices and eager to make a significant impact? We are looking for a Senior Consultant with 6-8+ years of experience in microservices to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong understanding of microservice architecture and hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot microservice development, this role is for you! You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating technical design documents, and leading the design, development, and implementation of web-based Java applications. Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams will ensure that our applications meet performance expectations and business needs.

• Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents in accordance with company standards.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based Java applications.
• Perform unit and system testing of application code.
• Execute implementation activities.
• Ensure expected application performance levels are achieved.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business needs driving the projects.

• Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, JSON, Python, 12 Factor Apps, JavaScript, and microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS and MongoDB
• Strong security implementation skills (Authorization & Authentication) like OAUTH/JWT
• Ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, elastic microservice-based platforms
• Experience in taking business requirements and designing solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with modern development practices and the software development life cycle
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and produce quality results under pressure

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Preferable industry: IT
• Overall years of experience: 6-8 years
