Our experienced Claims team are specialized in claim handling end -to-end, and the BI & Reporting plays an important role in enabling claims portfolio management and trend analysis, capacity management and Operational and Business KPI monitoring. As a Senior Consultant BI and Reporting for Claims, you will play a critical role in developing and furnishing reports for analysis to the Shared Services Claims Management and Business Units (internal stakeholders); you will be responsible to oversee the accuracy and timeliness of the reports as a senior and experienced member of the team; You will be responsible in assisting the team (and self) develop reporting strategies for KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will create/optimize existing Power BI dashboards that aid in strategic decisions for management. You are expected to integrate AI use-cases and automate legacy reporting, optimize current reporting standards and requirements for the business. What will your essential responsibilities include?
·Understand and be the Subject Matter Expert of the business process and operational requirements at a high-level, from a reporting and design standpoint.
·Work with business/ regional stakeholders to understand data requirements, build custom excel based reports to cater to their needs. This includes building macro based or power-pivot based excel dashboards.
·Develop analytical, regulatory, and operational reports and dashboards for (Insurance) Claims data, using business intelligence tools (such as Power BI).
·Building PowerPoint decks for business reviews.
·Support ad-hoc reports and tailor-made reporting requests based on the target audience for further analysis and business decisions (internal/functional management, internal stakeholders or Business and Regional Leads).
·Deliver recurring reports to the Claims Operations Functional Head / Operations Management to drive operational decisions to govern Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
·Manage workload and production of reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance, governance, and data quality.
·Support initiatives and projects related to data and reporting needs of the business function, with an end-to-end view of the system landscape.
·Display a continuous improvement mindset and improvise existing reporting processes, service, and infrastructure.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
·Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field or Insurance/Finance/Accounting.
·Relevant years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the field of business intelligence.
·Experience in Microsoft 365 Suite.
·Excellent in Advance Excel, MS access, VBA macros, and Power BI.
·Practical experience in building dashboards through Power BI in Cloud automation such as Power Automate and similar.
·Advance skills of data analytics and data modelling with reporting front-end tools (MS Power BI or similar).
Desired Skills and Abilities:
·Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Relevant working experience in insurance industry is a plus.
·Effective communication skills, presentation skills, self-management skills, stress resilience and highly organized with good attention for details.
·Self-driven, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
