  • Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of local plans and represent the region from Reward's perspective.
  • This Strategic role involves partnership and collaboration with the Business, Employee Experience and Corporate Total Rewards
  • Develop and deliver communication for employees and manager ensuring self- service on Compensation and Benefits program
  • Develops proposal and presentations on Compensation and Benefits for the region and present to Rewards CoE.
  • Develop unique Compensation strategies for university hires and retention of Key talent. Act as Total Rewards design/program manager for multiple key projects.
  • Benefit Program Management and Design - will be responsible for designing or assessing the design of benefit and wellbeing programs that align with Adobe’s Global Benefits & Wellbeing Strategy, market practice, and compliance requirements. This includes conducting need analysis, benchmarking, developing design proposals and cost impact analysis, reviewing proposals with internal stakeholders to receive input and feedback on recommendations, including the taxability of proposed benefit programs.
  • Benefits communication and activations: Design and implement thoughtful, engaging communication strategies for the introduction and ongoing awareness for existing benefits and wellbeing programs. This would include onsite benefits and wellbeing events and activations
  • Monitors internal, external and peer group compensation and benefits data/trends to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of Compensation and Benefits programs for the region/country.
  • Exercise judgement within defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results.
  • Ensures company compliance with applicable Legal and Government regulations associated with Benefits.
  • Provides regular support for multiple client groups, ensures proper interpretation and application of compensation and benefit policies
  • Drive solutions that support self- service, simplicity, and scale (e.g., Continue to outsource benefits). 
What you need to succeed
  • 15 + Years of relevant experience (Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources) in Total Rewards.
  • Solid experience in Compensation and benefits design and implementation.
  • An established connect with rewards professionals in the industry is desirable
  • Experience with large-scale multi-country employee compensation program development and delivery
  • Experience in Compensation insights & Analytics
  • Experience in designing of Sales commission plan
  • Ability to influence business leaders.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy of discretion through ambiguous phases of expansion project development 
  • Strong Operational knowledge & expertise to handle the on-ground processes
