You will advise your customers from the initial contact to the long-term development of a partnership. In doing so, you will act on the same level as senior decisionmakers on the customer side and define holistic marketing strategies, leveraging all of Amazon’s innovative advertising solutions. To achieve that, you will completely own the advertising revenue of your portfolio and lead the engagement with your customers, supported by a cross-functional team of account managers, program managers and designers. Key job responsibilities
• Serve as a key member of the Amazon Ads business development team, helping to drive overall Amazon Ads sales strategy and business growth.
• Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with key advertisers at all levels.
• Analyze data, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of marketing and Amazon's ad solutions to create and sell holistic marketing strategies for brands by working with senior decision-makers on the customer side.
• Act as the advertisers’ advocate to evangelize for their success working with Amazon India Ads partner teams across product, account management, program management, and global technology teams to drive advertiser success with Amazon Ads.
• Build scale into the business development function by collaborating with multiple external and internal stakeholders to develop joint annual media plans and unlock new opportunities and use cases with key clients.
• Prepare and give business reviews to the Amazon Ads senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing) experience
- Experience building customer relationships
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
