Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between clients and development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from requirement gathering to release management. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, project management principles, and Agile practices along with prior experience in data and business analysis. Analytical prowess and effective communication skills are highly valued attributes for this position.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
§ Act as the primary point of contact for clients to gather and finalize project requirements.
§ Facilitate discussions, workshops, and interviews to elicit and clarify requirements.
§ Collaborate with clients to define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
§ Manage scope changes effectively and ensure proper documentation.
2. Team Collaboration:
§ Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into user stories and technical tasks.
§ Provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the implementation phase.
§ Conduct regular meetings to review progress, address impediments, and ensure alignment with project goals.
§ Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
§ Agile and Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)).
§ Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in Agile environments.
§ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
§ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively under pressure.
§ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
§ Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
§ Experience in release management and deployment processes is a plus.
§ Ability to create project documentations such as BRD, FRD etc.
§ Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
Preferred:
· Preferably a Graduate (IT/CS) with MBA with 2-5 years’ experience & exposure to BI tools like Power BI, SQL etc.
