We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst

Principal responsibilities

• The Senior Business Analyst role is accountable for successful delivery of the projects and ensuring benefits realisation and will hold the following responsibilities:
• Work closely with Product Owner and define global roadmap and strategy for implementation 
• Manage a team of BAs, lead requirements workshop and drive functional scoping of POL implementation if required by management
• Act as the key owner of change process for PMH (GMO and/or PRS), liaising with all the programme stake holders in the business areas and operations
• Ensure consistency with End to End global payment processing workflow as far as possible, driving out local changes unless driven by pressing Business, regulatory or compliance needs
• Ensure full traceability of requirements and lead by example to those less experienced within the BA team
• Carry out regularly QA/QC checks on business requirements produced to ensure the continuous review and evaluation of the business requirements provided
• Work collaboratively with the internal team and with the wider business as part of existing governance processes, organise and run meetings with key global, regional and local Business, Service Delivery and Software Delivery team to review user requirements and advise on the appropriate approach to any functional change
• Lead, globally and locally, across Business, Service Delivery and Software Delivery to agreement and development of cost effective solution
• Work with User Acceptance Testing team, Software Delivery, Service Delivery (Operations) and application vendor to triage defects raised
