Role description:

We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Senior BIM Modeller – ITS to work on our projects from Hyderabad and Bangalore offices.
Role accountabilities:
The role will be predominantly technical, and the individual will be expected to have a good foundation in the following:
• Have a good experience in ITS design including understanding of ITS design standards, preparation of ITS Plan Layouts, ITS Roll Plots, ITS device details, ITS conduit & pull box Details, ITS structural elevation plans
• Preparation / Finalization of various ITS related drawings at various stages of projects
• Good Experience in managing the tasks in International Projects – United States (desirable), Middle East, UK and any other developed countries
• Compliance with Arcadis 100% BIM requirements and industry practices, 3D Modelling, CAD production
• Having sound experience in the use of relevant software is mandatory
• Demonstrate good teamwork
• Show evidence of continued professional development
• Developing technical understanding through self-learning and working with mentors
• Able to communicate and work with the NA team including junior and senior engineers
• Responsibility to work to required standards and quality assurance procedures
• Understand and put into practice health and safety requirements
• Develop understanding of company systems
• Having a basic awareness of sustainable development principles
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Design Consulting Environment • Good Knowledge and hands on experience on MicroStation (Mandatory), AutoCAD and knowledge on ArcGIS • Good understanding and Knowledge on international codes like AASHTO, along with various other International Code of Practices and Standards, CAD Standards for DOT in USA • Working experience for International Design Projects for ITS Design and working experience for USA projects in delivering on various multiple project deliverable with BIM compliance is desirable. Having work experience on Design & Build Projects is added advantage • Undertake a leading assurance role to quality-assure outputs (e.g. drawings, reports, specifications, etc.) to ensure that they meet or exceed expectations as well as Arcadis requirements, and that they comply with national standards and codes of practice • Ability to provide leadership and technical advice to junior team members • Experience in MS Office software including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Project Experience using various DOT (Department of Transportation) standards • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong and effective communicator • Working in a team environment • Experience of working on international projects. NA projects is desirable • Knowledge on Bentley tools (e.g LumenRT, ProjectWise) is added advantage
