Senior Billing Analyst

Work Hours: US Shift, weekend off

Location: India, remote

Skills needed:

• Excellent Excel skills. 
• Experience with custom customer invoicing or reporting, including experience with Customer billing portals, such as Ariba/Coupa or similar.
• Experience with SQL reporting/queries
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce and or Acumatica would be an asset.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail

The tasks this role would cover would include, but not limited to:

• Preparing billing data and running billing processes for all billing cycles.
• Completing reconciliations and various billing reports.
• Custom customer invoicing, including portal uploads and custom excel report generation
• Answering questions and resolving billing inquiries
• Billing system testing and QA. 
• Running database queries related to various billing data requests (SQL)
