Delivery Lead:

The primary responsibility of the Delivery Lead is to take ownership of the entire project from requirement to final delivery stage. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on quality by enforcing code reviews and development best practices/processes, estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed

Degree Requirement:

B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Responsibilities:

• Should conduct regular meetings with the team and process partner(s).
• Should provide stake holder updates weekly/monthly.
• Should understand the delivery team process and make sure to adhere to the same by the team.
• Track & manage the deliverable and stick to the committed deadline.
• Should provide team engagement/utilization metrics or various other project related metrics on demand.
• Should Collaborate with Tech Leads and Business Analysts to ensure the team's content readiness.
• Facilitates feature demos with key stakeholders upon feature completion.
• Drives Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA) within the teams and ensures quality first culture.
• Follow up on action items identified during retrospectives with the designated owners.

Industry Knowledge:

• Having around 8+ years of Software industry experience and minimum 4 years of experience in managing/leading the Agile based delivery teams.
• Significant experience in software development and project management is essential. This includes experience in leading and mentoring teams, as well as hands-on experience in the software development life cycle.

Problem Solving:

• The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project is important. This includes analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Should assess the risks of various solutions, dependencies and prioritize competing business demands along with Product Owner.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills are crucial. The ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals is a key requirement.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Project Management Skills:

• Experience in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation is essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is often required.

Collaboration Skills:

• The ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project success is important.
