- Identify and select test automation tool for a project
- Test Automation using Functional and Performance tools
- Develop and recruit staff
- Adherence to project processes
- Test reporting and metrics

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)
- Years of experience in Testing (Manual & Automation)
- Experience in Product testing (Operating Systems) and Systems Engineering and thinking.
- Experience in testing Web Applications, Client / Server Applications
- Experience in Windows XP, 2008 and 7 environments
- Experience in VMware environments
- Experience in Linux environments
- Knowledge of various Software Development Life cycles
- Experience in defining Test Plan / Strategy
- Experience in Test estimation techniques
- Very good analytical and requirements understanding skills
- Experience in different Software Test Types & Techniques
- Experience in Test Case creation, execution and Defect Management.
- Experience in any of the Test Management tools (Jira, Testlink)
- Experience in any of the Test Automation Tools (Python, CodedUI, WinApp driver)
- Experience in any of the Defect Management Tools (Jira)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- CSTE, ISTQB, CSTM – Good to have test certifications
- Prior work experience in a Technical management/supervisory position is preferred
- Ability to manage a team
- Experience in test reporting and metrics
