The Transfer Pricing – Tax team is responsible globally for ensuring that AXA XL complies with Transfer Pricing rules and documentation requirements in all countries in which it operates. Working directly with the business to understand and document the functions, assets, and risks in each country, monitoring the results of intra-group transactions, working with external consultants to benchmark against third parties, and producing OECD and other format Local and Master Files.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
·Preparing the Transfer Pricing documentation, especially the templates in line with local requirements across all AXA business lines and in up to 25 countries.
·Assist the manager in working with local business management to collate data for preparation purposes.
·Assist the manager in taking notes on discussions with Country Managers and other business staff to document the Functions, Assets and Risks of the respective entities.
·Provide the data for the purpose of future TP audits.
·Maintain the data repository in SharePoint and a risk assessment matrix in Excel.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
·Master’s degree in commerce/ Chartered Accountant with relevant years of experience in Transfer Pricing.
·Effective experience in MS Office, specifically, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and Power query will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
·Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
·Good analytical skills – the ability to work on large volumes of data (both narrative and numerical) is important.
