We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Solution Engineering based in our Pune, India office. In this role, you will be responsible to develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software


Role Responsibilities


  • Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization.
  • Recommend improvements to existing software programs.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
  • Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure
  • Provide coaching to Junior Members.
  • Works independently on medium to complex projects.
  • Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude
  • Experience in developing and implementing web-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of architecture design concepts, object-oriented design and techniques Knowledge of logical and physical database architectures and operating systems
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results
  • Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally
  • Experience in financial services and business practices
  • Experience in capture of business reporting requirements and design/development of reports

Role Requirements


  • 5+ years of software development experience with focus on software design & development
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, Service Cloud and force.com platform
  • Hands on experience working with service cloud standard features-Chat, CTI, Entitlements, Omni Channel, Email to case, Webforms etc.
  • Should have an expert level understanding of LWC, data modelling, design frameworks.
  • Experience working in Apex, Lightning Framework and components (Aura), Integrations (SF REST API and Composite), Triggers, SLDS, jQuery, Batch, Visual Force, and configurations like Flows, validation rules, Custom Metadata types, profiles, role, sharing rules, workflows/process builders, SFDX etc. on Salesforce.com platform.
  • Must have good knowledge of Agile and Iterative development methodologies and be proficient using JIRA, Confluence, Version Control Systems (e. g. GitLab) & deployment tools.
  • Having Platform developer-2 and any Architect certification will be preferred.
  • Nice to have experience on:
    • Experience in Financial Service cloud.
    • MuleSoft and MuleSoft integration experience.
