About the role: In this remote Inside Sales role at Leap Scholar, you'll drive conversions through phone calls, pitch our IELTS Prep and other offerings, and resolve student queries. You'll also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The charter for this role will include:
Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through phone calls.
Pitch Leap Scholar's various offerings in IELTS Prep etc.
Resolve student queries.
Coordinate with the internal team (operations, product) if needed, to drive the conversion.
Ideal Persona:
At least 6 months of experience in an Inside Sales role.
Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented.
Applicants from an Ed-tech/Overseas Education background will be preferred
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the Counsellors and Internal team.
Proactive and responsible to report and sort out any problems faced.
Working Days: Mon-Sat, (Sundays Off) Working Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM
