Job Summary:
- As a Senior Associate- Regulatory and Change Management Governance in the Transformation team, you will be responsible for analytics and will have the opportunity to contribute thought leadership
- Your role will involve strong problem-solving and reasoning skills, as business problems may sometimes not be clear without the right knowledge and probing
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve success in this role by utilizing technical skills, attention to detail, and strong project management skills
- Use your advanced SQL and Alteryx Analytical tools and project management expertise to deliver insights/reporting on exciting service features and capabilities.
- Display enthusiastic, self-motivated senior analyst with strong execution skills and demonstrate experience managing a diverse suite of analyses.
- Use critical thinking, analytical storytelling, presentation, technical abilities, and flexibility/ adaptability to change.
- Work with core analytics experience while encountering opportunities to contribute to leadership with exposure to senior leadership and stake holders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field required.
- Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools and technologies (Tableau, Alteryx, Teradata, SQL, R, Python)
- Familiarity with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods
- Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile methodology.
- Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency, with great presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive, ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently with relevant stakeholders to influence and gain buy-in across various job functions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage and deliver in an innovation-driven and fast-paced environment
