We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Process, Training and Communication Associate to join the Procurement Process Excellence team at Vantive. This role is vital in administering training programs, developing and sharing impactful communications, organizing training sessions, and supporting the dynamic initiatives of our Process Excellence team. The ideal candidate is an eager learner with experience in process creation, mapping methodologies, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Academy:
Organize and administer training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking participation.
Manage training courses by functional role, track version updates, and monitor content changes.
Prioritize the backlog of content improvements to ensure training materials are current and accurate.
Manage and track job aids, artifacts, and resources.
Guide procurement and non-procurementemployees to the appropriate resources and materials for various systems and processes.
Develop training schedules, rotations, and collect post training feedback.
Coordinate with Corporate Learning Team to ensure that all procurement eLearning is functioning, training versions are accurate, and completiondata is available.
Communications Development:
Distribute/publish internal documentation, including internal communications related to training schedules, process updates, and change management.
Help draft presentations, newsletters, training content and other user facing materials.
Provide support with graphics, video content and other creative content as needed.
Process Analysis and Authoring:
Migrate process data into appropriate templates or mapping formats.
Provide data support and help analyze and refine existing processes for increased efficiency.
Provide administrative support for policy and process governance, mapping to correct process framework anddriving appropriate documentversion controls.
Utilize Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and compliance andQMS systems manage/track documentation and materials.
SharePointAdministration:
Administerprocurement SharePoint site: managing content, ensuring pages/links are working, and that user feedback is incorporated as appropriate.
General Process/ Onboarding Support:
Provide support for the new employee onboarding process and collaborate on orientation activities for new hires.
Assist with the onboarding process by working with managers and new hires to ensure the new employee experiences a seamless transition into the Vantive organization.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, mailbox monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with training or marketing administration in the healthcare, education or automotive industry.
Experience in or working with Procurement is highly desirable
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio,) and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn and apply new concepts as well as teach others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or communication studies, education, or a related field.
