Position Overview:


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, and initiating contact with prospects, to ultimately provide the Sales Directors with the ability to convert BCV’s full-funnel digital marketing solutions.


The ideal candidate is passionate about full-funnel digital marketing, social media, and possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media, to identify and generate leads within the hospitality sector.
  • Lead Generation with the demand generation team, helping them execute successful webinars, events and other marketing deliverables
  • Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target accounts and initiate contact to introduce BCV's full-funnel digital marketing services and solutions.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate the value proposition of BCV's social media marketing services to prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-up to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and qualification, as well as to provide feedback on market trends and customer insights.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospects and provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.

Qualifications:


  • The SDR needs to know the buyer persona well, their goals and challenges, and how the product can solve their problem.
  • Need to be genuinely creative and not just use a script or a mail filled with powerful words to make a good impression
  • Will have to juggle between researching prospects, follow-up meets, and outreach efforts.
  • Must have proven experience in cold calling/direct solicitation to schedule demo appointments for the Sales Directors.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the hospitality industry or digital marketing sector.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in hospitality marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
