1. Work with internal and external stakeholders for catalogue, content and process streamlining for the category
2. Work on SME areas in IDQ such as variations, ASIN creation, duplicates, suppressions etc
3. Troubleshoot day to day issues of brands across catalogue, content.
4. Work on long term solutions for catalogue related concerns
Working in a dynamic environment, your responsibilities will include helping high-potential sellers integrate onto the Amazon seller platform. In addition you will also be responsible for maintaining and improving catalog quality on the platform, in the process working with internal technology and business teams as well as sellers as needed.
Key job responsibilities
1. Under general supervision, follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity
2. Tasks including interacting and coordinating with internal stakeholders, gathering and resolving issues to help drive business continuity
3. Maintaining records of work, tracking business workflow, escalating deviations.
4. Analyze data and identify new trends/patterns.
5. Identify generic patterns in CX escalations and to be translated into guidelines and SOPs to improve overall escalation process.
A day in the life
The person should have knowledge of IDQ related tools, and should have worked on Selection Central/Browse Query Editor and/or worked with the RBS teams.
They should have knowledge of backend catalogue systems and should be proficient at using the catalogue related tools.
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
