Senior Associate – General Corporate | Top-Tier Law Firm (Mumbai)

A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (5-7 PQE) for its General Corporate team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates with strong transactional experience who can independently manage deal execution.

• Lead and execute M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactions from start to finish.
• Independently conduct due diligence and identify key risk areas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and investment agreements.
• Work closely with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
• Provide strategic legal advice on structuring transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm or reputed corporate law practice.
• Hands-on experience in transactional work, with a focus on execution rather than advisory.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
