This position is for a senior Total Rewards professional with 5+ years of experience. Implements Total Rewards programs and policies for India.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Design and develops plans for critical Total Rewards programs in India, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly.
  • Recommends and implements Total Rewards policies and procedures, consistent with requirements and adjustments, for the unique needs in India.
  • Develops presentations and documentation for senior leadership on the structure of Total Rewards programs with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness in India.
  • Coordinates responses and solutions to complex questions from HR professionals and business leaders.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring Total Rewards programs within India are delivered effectively, efficiently and within an established budget.
  • Recommends allocation of compensation and benefits appropriately to attract and retain talent.
  • Conducts market analyses to understand compensation and benefits competitiveness in the market.
  • Support and manage TR projects in India.

Qualifications:


  • This position requires a Master’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Capability to manage data for analysis in a quick and accurate way
  • Capability to independently manage small to medium projects through design to implementation
