Role Definition:
An exciting opportunity exists in the Caterpillar BCP India team for a Validation Engineer . With responsibility for test and validation activity, the role involves assembling and executing cross functional validation plans spanning several years, to prove out the functionality and reliability of construction machines.

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organise, monitor, and control projects.
Level Working Knowledge:
Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies: Knowledge of organisational standards, procedures and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance.
Level Basic Understanding:

Bachelor's / Master's degree (or equivalent) in any accredited Engineering
Experience:
Preferred 8 years of relevant experience can be negotiated based on the skill level.
