What you’ll be doing
The Employee Services Specialist is responsible for supporting and monitoring Onboarding, leave, absenteeism, and exit program management. They support programs that provide employees extended time off for personal events by assisting employees and managers with eligibility determination, time off pay, and leave expiration administration.

Manages HRIS (Workday) onboarding process, tracking new hire requests and completion of required onboarding tasks.
Data change management in workday
Determines the type of leave the employee is eligible for based on policy and regulations.
Supports the employee’s leave request and processing
Tracks the status and usage of the employees leave time, balances and return to work date
Placing the employee on long term leave process
Ensures the effectiveness of the leave management program through consistent documentation and reporting of decisions and/or actions taken.
Uses appropriate and accurate records to monitor general and specific incidences of absence
Identifies where high absence levels exist and which employee has reoccurring time off work
Implements the absence control policy and procedures.
Management of Probation and confirmation of regular and Fixed Term Contract employees
Coordinates between HR, department manager and payroll to begin the exit process to include employee separation package, final pay, and review of benefits status.
Facilitates exit interviews and offboarding activities such as relieving, resignation acceptance, experience letter etc.
Coordinates separation process including communicating separation information to all relevant departments / entities.
Facilitates other termination activities and provides administrative support to separations.
Perform other duties as assigned such as preparation of employment verification letter etc.
Addressing employee queries via service now/email as per defined TAT

Special Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and eye for details
At least 5+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Workday
Experience in writing SOP’s & creating process map.
