About the Opportunity:


As a Senior Associate – ANZ, you will manage the billing operations for the Australia and New Zealand region. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of invoicing processes while aligning with the financial goals of the organization. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the regional operations, driving process improvements, and fostering collaboration within your team and across departments.


Key Areas of Responsibility


  • Perform end-to-end billing operations for ANZ, including preparation, generation, and distribution of invoices using automated billing systems.


  • Execute month end billing activities with 100% Accuracy and Efficiency and report to the Billing Manager.


  • Ensure the billing system operates efficiently and delivers accurate, timely results that meet the needs of ANZ customers.


  • Prepare and analyze billing summary reports and financial statements specific to the ANZ region to ensure compliance and financial alignment.


  • Monitor and manage account records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies proactively.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ANZ to address and resolve commercial requests impacting billing in a timely manner.


  • Act as a key point of contact for escalations, providing solutions and driving improvements in billing processes tailored to the ANZ region.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of billing processes and month-end billing closures.


  • 5-8 Years of exp in O2C Billing & Invoicing process


  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud applications.


  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).


  • Intermediate expertise in Excel/G-Suite, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.


  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes efficiently.


  • Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional quality standards while managing high-volume workloads.


  • Excellent reading comprehension, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
