Our Team
As a Senior Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs that meet business needs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the software systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
Responsibilities:
·Architect and design software solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into architectural designs.
·Develop and maintain architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices.
·Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to software engineers during the development process.
·Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
·Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet project requirements.
·Lead the design and implementation of complex software components and systems.
·Ensure that software systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
·Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the organization's software architecture.
·Mentor and coach junior software architects and engineers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role with experience of 10+ yrs in product development
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Working with GIT
Working with Jenkins Deployment Environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
