We are looking for an individual with a technical bend and interest in product ownership to help us continue to grow. The Technical Product Senior Analyst (TPSA) is a hands-on role where you will have to analyze technical artifacts and write user stories for our Engineering and Test Engineering teams to build features and products. TPSA will act as a bridge between the business side and the development side of the company. The successful candidate will work closely with business product managers, engineers, architects, user experience, and global cross-functional counterparts.


About the role


  • Develops detailed functional specifications based on business requirements to support delivery of a proposition, product, or service.
  • Serves as a resource on: design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and sales & marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
  • Supports ongoing analysis, prioritization and scheduling of defect fixes.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of one or more components of a proposition, product, or service.
  • Assists all phases of the proposition / product/ service lifecycle.
  • Supports overall strategy in coordination with company goals.
  • Developing knowledge of the companies propositions, products, or services and industry trends.


About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Analyst - TPM if your background includes:


  • Technical Graduate with a bachelor’s or a master’s Degree.
  • 3 or more years of work experience in technical background.
  • Prior experience as a test engineer, software engineer, business analyst, product owner, or system analyst is required.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills through prior projects.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment and with cross-functional and regionally distributed teams.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate business opportunities, requirements, and customer problems.
  • Basic understanding or interest in REST, SOAP, or other API technologies and exposure/comfortable with Postman/Swagger is required.
  • Basic understanding of Azure Fundamentals, .Net Frameworks, Database and Web Technology is desired.
  • Ability to understand technical design specifications described in UML or other business process notation is desired.
  • Experience within a technology or financial services company is desired.
