Job Description

Location: Chennai
Work Hours: ANZ or APMEA Time Zone
Experience: 5+ years in progressive billing, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment


About the Role



We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst – Order Management to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient
order processing and contract management while collaborating with cross-functional
teams to support business operations. In addition, you will get an opportunity to work on
various transformation projects focused on process simplification, enhancement and
automation.
Key Responsibilities
 Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy
and compliance with company policies.
 Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other Internal teams to resolve order-
related issues and improve workflows.
 Maintain meticulous attention to contract details, ensuring alignment with billing
policies.
 Analyze order management processes and recommend improvements to
enhance efficiency.
 Assist in revenue recognition processes and support audit requirements.
 Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving
discrepancies efficiently.
 Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, SAP, and other tools for reporting, data
analysis, and process optimization.



Qualifications

 5+ years of Order to Cash experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
 Business degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred.
 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels,
functions, and geographies. Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
 Good understanding of EX platforms would be plus.
 Customer service-oriented mindset, working collaboratively to improve processes
and customer experiences.
 Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft
Word, PowerPoint etc.
 Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet
deadlines efficiently.
