POSITION SUMMARY:
All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above-mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs. (Briefly state the main purpose and function of the position.

➢Works to support Embedded SIO Manager in data analytics and general analytical capacity, across various Supply initiatives and operations. Support Embedded SIO Manager and Supply teams in developing analytical tools and processes in order to transform current business operations and processes towards data and analytics orientation. Facilitate linkage between different PVH Corp. teams and embedded Supply team, as necessary.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the major responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Clearly and concisely indicate the end result(s) a person in the position is expected to accomplish.)



•Data wrangling, analysis - and, in some instances, supporting data gathering.
•Create tools to enable process improvement and simplification. Also develop / derive dashboards for specific Leadership decision-making requirements.
•Manage & report KPIs for embedded Supply unit (TUG & CK NA)
•Create, share and leverage best practices across embedded Supply unit
•Lead projects and data initiatives identified for role
•Help shift workload of functional teams, from manual data collection / wrangling to analysis and exception reporting - Connect human models to data models
•Identify opportunities that link to business direction and unlock value for embedded Supply unit
•Explore and recommend using advanced data & analytics tools that add value to embedded Supply unit
•Train teams on data / process tools and new ways of working
•Help foster data-driven mentality and culture
•Challenge status quo



Job Description



•Provide data support for long-term proposals (example: Digitalization Roadmap goal for TUG)
•Link between PVH Supply Data Analytics team (Bangalore) and embedded Supply unit
•Support data governance and systems work, as necessary (working with Business Process & Data Governance team).
•Support consumer insights team and Corporate BI Strategy teams, as necessary.
•Partner with external firms on ongoing or new project / initiatives if the embedded Supply unit, as needed.
•Stay up-to-date on data and analytics landscape, both internal and external to apparel – attend conferences, intel on new tools, platforms etc.
•Assume additional responsibilities and perform special sub projects as per business needs.

Internal Contacts: Primary: Offshore (Hub) teams and Supply teams in NYO - specifically TUG & CK NA Supply.
Secondary: Cross-functional brand teams: Sales & Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Design, Finance, IT, Logistics, Vendor Relations; Supply SIO
External Contacts: Supply chain partners - Level-1 (finished goods) vendors and Level-2 (raw material) suppliers
External firms and consultants partnering on relevant projects and initiatives.

•Ability to take inputs across different functional areas and integrate with analysis results to reach conclusions and decisions for supply initiatives.
•Provide recommendations, guide and influence Supply teams to make decisions in an effective and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education & Experience:



•University bachelor's degree or higher. Preferable to have data science qualifications / certifications.
•5+ years industry experience required in Supply Chain - preferably apparel / retail industry and preferably in an analytical role.
Skills: (The specific skills an individual must possess in order to meet the expectations of the position.)
•Advanced MS excel skills is required. Preferable to have ability to create basic excel-based macros.
•Updated knowledge on business intelligence platforms and tools required – specifically a working understanding of MicroStrategy, which is PVH Corp. BI strategy tool.
•Basic knowledge on programming languages (examples: SQL & R Studio) will be preferable.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse teams is required.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) – credible at top management level and with both technical and non-technical audiences
•Ability to establish effective working relationships with the business and technical communities
•Strong leadership, analytical and problems solving abilities
•Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
