Introduction to Role:
Join our Global Business Services within Global Commercial Operations as an Omnichannel Specialist. In this role, you will define and coordinate the execution of high-quality Adobe Campaign programs, establish relationships with various teams, and ensure compliance with all AstraZeneca policies. This role requires independence, courage, and a focus on timely campaign delivery. You will be responsible for delivering executional excellence to assigned brands and ensuring data integrity, continuous campaign monitoring, and external compliance.
Accountabilities:
As an Omnichannel Specialist, you will document and refine campaign business requirements, develop Data Exchange Documents, coordinate and approve Systems Integrations Testing and End to End Testing, manage campaign launch timeline expectations, formulate strategies to expedite campaign delivery, influence customer journey optimization, pull through innovative ideas, communicate with Omnichannel solution owner and Strategist to anticipate needs, identify project risks and contribute to the development of options and plans to manage those risks, and run Daily Calls with the cross-functional team to keep all projects on track.
