What this job involves:


  • Manage and maintain internal webpages, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
  • Extract and clean data from web platforms to transform it into meaningful insights.
  • Design, create and update SharePoint-based sites for teams across the Asia Pacific.
  • Demonstrate expertise in creating custom/advanced features forms using SharePoint lists and MS Forms.
  • Utilize web-based CMS platforms to manage content effectively.
  • Maintain and update lists and libraries with the latest information.
  • Collect monthly success stories based on defined criteria and ensure they are added to the centralized SharePoint platform in a standardized format.
  • Utilize Power Automate to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.

Technical Skills:


  • Advanced knowledge of managing content management systems, including SharePoint, WordPress, etc.
  • Good knowledge of creating and updating SharePoint custom lists.
  • Intermediate knowledge of O365 Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Power BI for site performance reporting.  
  • Expertise with Power Automate and Power apps for automating and managing various tasks.
  • Ability to churn data to uncover deep insights and present in a meaningful format to stakeholders.

Professional Experience:


  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across diverse cultures and geographical locations in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Proven ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment within a multinational organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify complex issues and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Experience in working with teams across Asia Pacific is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cross-cultural dynamics and sensitivity to local customs and business practices in the Asia Pacific region.

  • Education to degree standard or equivalent.
  • An understanding of real estate would be beneficial but not critical.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at the most senior of levels and manage complex projects across multiple services and geographies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across geographies and internal teams.
  • Excellent English written/ verbal communication skills.
  • Work experience in progressive, fast paced organisations, preferably multinational corporations in professional service industries.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in Knowledge Management, Content Management using SharePoint and Power Platform

  • Shift timings: 9 AM – 6 PM IST
  • Location: Gurugram, Haryana
